Martiko was born more than 25 years ago as a family company dedicated to sales of food mainly to the French market. This strong relation and proximity to France gave birth to the interest of Peio Martikorena (company founder) for the duck foods: foie gras, confit, gizzards…. And a big etcetera of wonderful products that could be sold other side of the border.

Step by step, our products proved to be successful and its sales growth moved the family to invest in a factory with the most modern installations, technologies and quality controls.
